Stopped in this morning on my way back from taking my daughter to school and I am so glad I did. These are some of the best kolaches I've ever had! I've seen the word gourmet used in other reviews, and it's accurate. These kolaches are made with care, and they use premium ingredients in just the right combination. Well filled, and FILLING. Absolutely delicious. Ken was friendly and helpful, and he gave me some suggestions to make sure my first experience was great. Next time I will come early enough to try a brisket before they sell out!
Not your ordinary kolache. Picked up a bag via TGTG app. 4 kolaches Sausage breakfast - dad said was good and the breading was soft even after reheating the next morning Boudain + cheese - tasty, could have done without the cheese - felt like it somewhat overpowered the boudain Potato and cheese - full of soft potato and gooey cheese, this combo was good Sausage link - stuffed with sausage, tasty The guy was really nice and the store was clean and organized. Def will come back for more.
I found this place by accident and ended up loving it. First I would have to say their customer service was so great. They are friendly and helpful at giving you different options especially being my first time here. I got the sausage egg cheese kolache. It was warm and fluffy on the inside and I really like how they cut the pieces of sausage inside rather then it being in whole. Definitely coming back to try the others and some of the other baked goods they have. They only thing I would like is for the other baked goods to be able to be warmed up, but that's just my preference.
I went back today (May 3rd) since first trying it out last Friday, April 29th. The kolaches are big and legit. Service was great. I will definitely be hitting it up more.
Kolaches are pretty tasty. I ordered a jalapeño cheese 4/5, hot link 3.5/5, and a beast 3/5. I would have cut the potatoes on the latter it zapped much of the flavor. Prices are reasonable. The place is clean, but seems a bit disorganized. The baking is done a few doors down and so they don't seem to know what they have.

So happy this is in my neighborhood. These aren't the doughy kolaches you may be used to. The ratio of filling to pastry is perfect. Lots of very creative, delicious fillings to choose from. Can't wait to try them all!
